FLETCHER, NC USA – July 10th, 2017 – Native Watercraft , a leading manufacturer of innovative fishing kayaks, today announced a partnership with world champion bass fisherman and Bassmaster Elite Series angler Jordan Lee.
“I am super excited to sign on with the Native team as they make the most innovative fishing kayaks out there,” said Lee, the second -youngest angler to ever win the Bassmaster Classic.
“I love bass fishing from my kayak – it really gets me back to my fishing roots. When I am fishing from my Native, it really complements my style and allows me to get to where the fish live to catch ‘em up!” Jordan – the true “young gun” in professional bass fishing – was 25 when he won the Bassmaster Classic, the biggest bass fishing tournament in the world.
In his young career, he also won the College Bass Classic Bracket Championship and has 14 more top 10 tournament finishes. To kick off the partnership, Native, which created the Propel Pedal Drive System, will be highlighting Jordan fishing from his Titan Propel 13.5 . Offering unsurpassed stability as a large and in charge bass fishing machine, the Titan is truly like no other fishing kayak on the market today.
The Titan can utilize Native’s Propel Pedal Drive system offering hands-free forward to reverse or be fitted with a motor mount to employ an off-the-shelf trolling motor. “We are very excited to work with such an incredible, young angler who is a driving force in the professional bass fishing world,” said Tyler Brown, Director of Marketing for Native Watercraft. “Having Jordan sign on to the Native team allows us to further showcase the capabilities of Native fishing kayaks and why they truly offer the best kayak fishing experience for everyone… casual to professional anglers alike.”
