The BACH canoe paddle has been designed to meet the functional requirements as well as the high aesthetic demands of contemporary customers.
The paddle’s blade is made of tough polypropylene pressed into highly polished molds. The mechanical properties of this thermoplastic guarantee excellent product strength and low weight. The overall stiffness of the blade is given by a massive hollow central rib highlighted by longitudinal edges. The transition between the sheet and the shaft is freshened with an imaginative oblique finish of the plastic making for a unique connection solution. The shaft is made of silver anodized highly solid duralumin and PVC sleeve with properties giving the product sufficient rigidity. The grip is made of the same material and color as the blade.
Two edges with the height adjusted to make the grip user-friendly extend from the tube and optically link to the edge of the blade. Weight of the grip is reduced by one-sided ribbing reducing the weight by 25%. When facing the palm, the ribbing reduces hand sweating. Volumetric dye penetration, high gloss, selected color and modern shapes deliver exceptional appearance of the paddle. Its high utility value is ensured by mechanical properties of the materials used.
