RVA Aerials with footage from a Saturday Kayak Surf Session at the Z-Dam in Richmond, Virginia on the James River at 10,000 ft (28,500 cfs). Though a hazard at lower levels, the Z-dam provides ample opportunities surf for skilled paddlers when washed out.
